A cinemagraph is an animated image that is the results of a combination of photography and video. Dealing with mainly static images we substitute a portion of these for a little animation that, normally, shows small movements on an infinite loop. To set this up the images format, .gif, is used. The cinemagraphs intention is to surprise the spectator: this is managed, at the first moment, by an image that suddenly moves. Thus, this type of image tries to transmit feelings that photographs are unable to.
